Customer Care Desk:  The Customer Care Desk provides a range of free services including mobility hire, directions to store locations, transport enquiries and lost property. If you require assistance, contact the Customer Care Desk on 07 4779 6033 or find the desk located next to QBD Books.

Kidz Cabz: Your children will love shopping at the centre with our specially designed Kidz Cabs trolleys. Available to hire free of charge from the Customer Care Desk (located next to QBD Books).

Mobility Scooters & Wheelchairs: We offer free hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs while shopping at the centre. See the friendly team at the Customer Care Desk near QBD Books to hire.

Gift Cards: Looking for the perfect gift? A Townsville Shopping Centre gift card offers a huge amount of variety. Our gift cards can be for any value you choose and are redeemable at any of the 160+ stores at our centre. See the friendly team at our Customer Care desk next to QBD Books to purchase.

Lost Property: Please take any lost property to the Customer Care Desk, located next to QBD Books, or phone 07 4779 6033.

Five-star Parent’s Rooms: Parents’ rooms are available with clean and comfortable facilities, including private feeding rooms, change tables, bottle warmers, play spaces and much more. There is a parents’ room near the Food Court and also in the main amenity corridor near Best & Less.

JP Services: Located near the Woolworths travelator and available Tuesdays from 9am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm.

Public Amenities: The main amenity corridor is near Best & Less, we also have one near the Food Court and in the corridor located between Adairs and Nail Studio & Spa.
