Townsville pets couldn't get enough of Santa last year, so we’re opening our doors again for Pet Santa Paw-traits this Christmas. Because family photos should include the whole family.

Get in quick. Bookings are essential and Pet Santa is very popular. Sessions are expected to fill quickly again this year.

Before You Visit

We’re excited to welcome your pet into the Centre during their scheduled Pet Santa session time.

Pet Santa sessions are limited, and bookings are essential. If you wish to bring an animal other than a domestic dog, cat, or bird, please contact us for approval before making a booking.

During your visit, you are responsible for your pet at all times. Pets must remain restrained (on a leash or in a secure carrier) and must be supervised. We also ask that any accidents are cleaned up promptly.

When you arrive, please park in the Ground Level car park off Alfred Street and wait at the entrance near The Lucky Charm and Suncorp Bank. Santa’s Helpers will meet you there and direct you to the Santa Set when it's your turn.

Pets are only permitted in the Centre for the duration of their booked photography session. No pets will be allowed inside the Centre before or after your scheduled time.
