As we say goodbye to Kingsvale and Sunvale, we’re honouring the murals that once brightened the walls of the 46-year-old buildings.
Each mural has its own story. From the bottle cap wings where so many locals posed for selfies, to the butterfly mural by much-loved First Nations artist Nicky ‘Bidju’ Pryor — created in honour of his daughter and later a fitting backdrop to celebrate his new mural.
