Frequently asked questions
How will I know if I’ve won?
Your result is emailed to you as soon as your entry is submitted. Check the inbox of the email address you entered on the form, and have a look in your junk or promotions folder if it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Every eligible receipt of $99 or more is a new entry. Each receipt can only be entered once, so the more you shop during the promotional period, the more chances you have.
When does the promotion run?
Entries open Friday 18 September 2026 and close Friday 9 October 2026, or earlier if the prize pool is exhausted. Receipts must be dated within the promotional period.
Do gift card purchases count?
Purchases excluded from the promotion are listed in the terms and conditions. Please read these before entering.
How do I claim my tickets?
If you win tickets, your prize email will explain exactly how to claim and redeem them, including the show, session and any deadlines that apply.
Can I choose which show I win tickets to?
No. Prizes are allocated at random from the available prize pool, and each prize is for a specific show and session.
What if my receipt photo is blurry?
Your receipt needs to be clearly readable, including the retailer name, date and total spend. If we can’t read it, the entry can’t be validated.
